Terms & Conditions of Offer (Quick & Simple Version)

If the client fails the Driving Test and has fulfilled the criteria below, Intensive Driving Courses will pay the DVSA fee for ALL subsequent Driving Tests (currently £62.00) until the client passes the Driving Test.

To qualify for this offer the client must:

• Have completed a minimum 2 hour assessment lesson with Intensive Driving Courses, and then booked the length of course recommended by the Driving Instructor.
• Have completed a minimum 3 day Intensive Driving Course with Intensive Driving Courses, organised to coincide with the driving test appointment.
• Between Driving Test appointments, to ensure that the client remains prepared for any subsequent driving test:
  • If their Driving Test is within two months of their previous test they must take a minimum 2 day intensive driving course to coincide with the driving test appointment.
  • If their Driving Test is within three months of their previous test they must take a minimum 3 day intensive driving course to coincide with the driving test appointment.
  • If their Driving Test is within four months of their previous test they must take a minimum 4 day intensive driving course to coincide with the driving test appointment.

The client is responsible for all tuition fees, and the fee for the use of the car for the Driving Test.

If the client fails the Driving Test and has fulfilled the criteria below, Intensive Driving Courses will pay the DVSA fee for ALL subsequent Driving Tests (currently £62.00) until the client passes the Driving Test.

To qualify for this offer the client must:

• Have completed a minimum 2 hour assessment lesson with Intensive Driving Courses, and then booked the length of course recommended by the Driving Instructor.
• Have completed a minimum 3 day Intensive Driving Course with Intensive Driving Courses, organised to coincide with the driving test appointment.
• The Intensive Driving Course must be taken with the same driving instructor that conducted the assessment lesson, the offer is not transferable between Driving Instructors.
• If the client fails the Driving Test and has fulfilled the criteria above, Intensive Driving Courses will pay the DVSA fee for the all subsequent Driving Tests (currently £62.00), until the client passes the driving test, subject to the following conditions.

All Driving Tests booked under the terms of this offer:

• The 2nd and any subsequent Driving Test appointments will be booked by Intensive Driving Courses, and will only be booked at a test centre within a reasonable travelling distance of West Midlands. (we will not refund any money if the client books the Driving Test themselves).
• We will endeavour to obtain the earliest appointment for the Driving Test, subject to DVSA rules on retests, and the availability of the client and their Driving Instructor.
• Driving Tests will only be booked on a weekday, (weekend tests might sometimes be possible to arrange, subject to the client paying the difference in the Test fee).
• All Driving Tests will be taken in a Intensive Driving Courses car, with a Intensive Driving Courses Instructor.
• Driving Test appointments cannot be altered by the client without the permission of Intensive Driving Courses.

To be eligible for this offer the client must:

• To ensure that the client remains prepared for any subsequent driving test:
  • If their Driving Test is within two months of their previous test they must take a minimum 2 day intensive driving course to coincide with the driving test appointment.
  • If their Driving Test is within three months of their previous test they must take a minimum 3 day intensive driving course to coincide with the driving test appointment.
  • If their Driving Test is within four months of their previous test they must take a minimum 4 day intensive driving course to coincide with the driving test appointment.

The intensive driving course leading up to the 2nd and any subsequent Driving Tests, must be taken with the same Driving Instructor that prepared the client for the 1st Driving Test, this offer is not transferable between Driving Instructors.

The client will be responsible for the cost of intensive driving courses taken between the 1st, 2nd and any subsequent Driving Tests.

Intensive Driving Courses, will continue to pay the DVSA fee for all Driving Tests until the client successfully passes the driving test, provided all of these conditions are adhered to.

Failure to abide by the terms of this offer could result in:

• A driving test appointment being cancelled or rearranged.

• The client being required to pay the DVSA test fee.

• The offer becoming invalid.
